Marketing Internship Job Description
Summer/Fall 2010
This position involves administration assistance, event planning, social networking upkeep (my space/ facebook), implementation assistance, donation requests and Internet research.
The ideal candidate would be available 5 - 10 hours a week, would be out-going, friendly, able to work with groups of people including other interns, in addition to being proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet. Quark experience a plus.
No major course of study is required, but an interest in arts administration, marketing or public relations is preferred.
This is a volunteer position. College credit may be available depending on the requirements of your college or university. And of course, free tickets to one of the best theaters in town.
