Box Office Policies

Exchanges All exchanges require 24 hours notice. Call the box office at 612-822-7063; and we will be happy to exchange your tickets to any other performance of your show of equal or lesser value at no charge. No exchange is final until a member of the box office staff contacts you.

Refunds All sales are final. No refunds will be given for tickets.

Lost Tickets Please call the box office at 612-822-7063 and we will arrange replacement tickets at no additional charge.

Ticketing Fees A $1.50 per ticket handling fee will be charged for all phone and internet orders. There is no handling fee for in-person orders.

Performance Cancellations: In the event of a performance cancellation, the box office will make every attempt to contact you ahead of time to make alternate arrangements.

Auditorium Policies

Late Seating: Performances begin on time. We cannot guarantee late seating will be available. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the director and house manager.

Photography No photography, audio recording or videotaping of any kind is allowed in the auditorium without prior consent of the production manager

Concessions Bring it in with you, we even have cupholders on our seats.
